China Record Corporation， also known as CRC， is China s largest and oldest state-level publishing group of audio and video products. CRC is headquartered in Beijing.For more than 50 years CRC has shouldered the sacred task of guiding China s record industry and by relying on the advanced technical equipment and excellent artistic personnel has recorded over 700 artistic troupes and 4，000 performing artists in audio tapes， video tapes and compact discs. These products include 53，唱片总公司，000 titles with the total sale of one billion units. CRC products can be found all over the country including the regions of Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan. CRC has recorded and distributed quantitative excellent music， songs， traditional operas and local arts， and has accumulated and collected more than 120 thousand record moulds/master tapes with a batch of them being the only existing moulds of high historic values and for classical collection of arts. The Gold Disc Prize issued by CRC is an influential one in the record industry in China. More than one hundred domestically and internationally well-known artists and art organizations have been awarded this Prize for their excellent artistic achievement and vast social influence. This has received warm response from all walks of life especially from the cultural and art circles both at home and abroad. CRC has established good relationships of cultural exchange and cooperation with its counterparts in more than 30 countries and regions.
